From August 25 to 27, HYXI (formerly HYXiPOWER) made its fourth consecutive appearance at Intersolar South America, one of the region's largest renewable energy events. The event also marked HYXI's first major appearance in Latin America following its brand evolution.
At Booth W4.89, HYXI showcased an integrated, all-scenario portfolio spanning microinverters, string inverters, commercial and industrial (C&I) energy storage, and all-in-one residential energy storage systems (ESS). HYXI's solutions are available through its network of local distributor partners across Brazil.
Responding to Brazil's Lei 14.300 with Higher-Yield, More Flexible Solutions
As Brazil's Lei 14.300 framework continues to shape the distributed generation market, self-consumption has become an increasingly important model for distributed solar. Responding to the market's growing demand for higher efficiency, flexible system configurations and smarter energy management, HYXI unveiled a range of new inverter solutions at the exhibition, further strengthening its product offering for the Brazilian market.
Developed specifically for the Brazilian market, the new 1875W and 2500W Microinverters expand HYXI's existing 300W–2000W portfolio with higher-power options designed to support a wider range of distributed solar applications. At the exhibition, an array of six 2500W microinverters integrated with a PLC gateway demonstrated an integrated solution combining Zero Export, PLC communication and iMesh networking. Both models are designed to deliver higher energy yields while simplifying installation and commissioning, helping installers achieve reliable system performance with greater ease and efficiency.
Alongside the microinverters, HYXI introduced its latest Ecosavvy Series string inverters, covering a power range of 2 kW to 10.5 kW for diverse residential and small-scale distributed applications. The Ecosavvy Series inverters deliver high conversion efficiency through next-generation SiC power devices and optimized topology design, helping maximize long-term solar yields. Designed for Brazil's hot climate, the series can maintain 100% output without derating at temperatures of up to 50°C, supporting stable solar generation under demanding environmental conditions.
HYXI also unveiled a new low-voltage inverter and battery solution, available in 5 kWh and 16 kWh battery configurations. Built around a low-voltage architecture, the solution lowers installation barriers and provides greater flexibility for local installers, making it a practical option for a wider range of residential applications.
Beyond these new launches, HYXI also showcased a broader range of inverter solutions designed to address diverse residential and distributed energy scenarios in Brazil. The portfolio included 15–25 kW three-phase string inverters, 3–8 kW single-phase hybrid inverters, and 15–25 kW three-phase hybrid inverters, providing flexible options across different system sizes and application needs.
Smart and Secure: HYXI Atlas Elevates the Value of C&I Energy
As Brazil moves toward a more defined regulatory framework for energy storage, the C&I storage market is gaining momentum. Against this backdrop, HYXI showcased its C&I flagship solution, the HYXI Atlas All-in-One Liquid-Cooling ESS.
Featuring A+ Tier 1 cells, automotive-grade battery packs and a three-phase four-bridge-arm PCS topology, Atlas is designed to deliver stable performance across demanding operating conditions and diverse load profiles. With a footprint of just 1.39 m² and a capacity of 261 kWh, the system enables high-density deployment while maintaining strong environmental adaptability.
On the safety and intelligent O&M side, Atlas features a seven-layer safety protection architecture spanning from the cell to the system level. Supported by 271 real-time monitoring points and AI-enabled cell fault prediction, Atlas provides a 20 ms overcurrent cutoff and early warnings for potential thermal runaway, helping enhance operational safety and reliability. Atlas also incorporates automatic coolant replenishment technology, which can reduce routine O&M time by up to 70%.
The system further integrates EMS Ultra and HYXI Cloud to enable coordinated cloud-edge energy management. By integrating electricity pricing, load and PV data, Atlas can automatically optimize energy dispatch and support revenue optimization, with project returns increased by over 20%.
Reliable Backup, Simple Installation: HYXI Aura and Halo Raise the Bar for Residential Energy Storage
For the residential energy storage market, HYXI showcased a comprehensive portfolio designed to address diverse household energy needs in Brazil.
The HYXI Aura all-in-one ESS delivers whole-home backup with a 63A bypass, while its highly integrated stackable design enables installation in as little as five minutes. With 4 ms seamless switchover, flexible battery configurations from 6 kWh to 9 kWh, and support for up to six battery modules, Aura combines reliable backup power with scalable energy capacity. Its AI-powered energy scheduling can increase energy savings and returns by over 25%, while IP66 protection and VPP readiness further enhance its adaptability to evolving residential energy scenarios.
As a new generation of solar-plus-storage integration, the HYXI Halo features a plug-and-play design that enables installation in as little as two minutes, with modular stacking of up to six units and a total capacity of up to 18 kWh. Halo features 314 Ah LiFePO₄ battery cells, a cycle life of up to 10,000 cycles, built-in aerosol fire suppression, AI-powered TOU optimization and VPP capabilities. Together, these features offer Latin American households a simpler, smarter and more flexible approach to solar-plus-storage.
"Moving forward, HYXI will continue to work closely with local partners and industry stakeholders across Latin America, supporting Brazil's and the region's energy transition with safer, more efficient and smarter all-scenario solutions," said Breno Machado, Country Manager of HYXI Brazil.
